Muñoz Advocacy & Consultation is a new-age Consultation & Advocacy Firm passed in Sunny Los Angeles, CA. Our Founder, Apolonio E. Munoz III has been working in the non-profit realm for many years at various levels from one-on-one client interaction to board member development. Apolonio also has been a vocal advocate for many complex issues such as Latino, Veterans, LGBT , mental illness and homelessnes. As an openly gay war time Veteran who lives with moderate to severe PTSD and at one time was homeless, he has direct first-hand experience in these hot button issues, and in most cases has been on the front lines fighting for the rights and benefits for these communities.
Apolonio has served on many local, regional and National non-profit boards, and volunteered with many local non-profit organizations in Southern California. Apolonio is a has received the following certifications by the US. Dept of Veterans Affairs Certified Veteran Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) and a Community Integration Specialist (CIS).
